GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR COWORKING SPACE

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all sales of services offered by the coworking space "Ô Bercail SAS" to its customers.

Article 1 – Purpose

The purpose of these GTC is to define the terms and conditions under which the Space sells its shared workspace rental services and related service delivery to the Client.

Article 2 – Offers

  • The "Day" plan: access to the Space for one day.
  • The "10 days" plan: access to the Space for 10 days.
  • The "Monthly" plan: access to the Space for one month, renewable, with 24/7 access.

Article 3 - Pricing and payment

Prices are indicated in euros and include all taxes. Payment for Services must be made at least 24 hours in advance by card or bank transfer.

Article 4 - Reservation and cancellation

The reservation is final upon receipt of payment. Full refund if cancellation > 7 days before. 50% if between 7 days and 48 hours. No refund < 48 hours.

Article 6 - Operation of the Space

Access is via a unique, strictly personal code. It is prohibited to transmit or transfer your code.
